We understand that life gets busy and sometimes you need flexibility when it comes to dropping off your vehicle for repairs. That's why we offer our after hour drop off and pick up service with 24-hour options.

 

DROP OFFS

Our drop box is located in the front of the shop next to the roll up garage door. Simply fill out the envelope provided with your contact information, vehicle information, and needed repairs/services. Drop the envelope in the box and we’ll take it from there!

Remember to remove all valuables from your vehicle and to lock your vehicle before leaving. Bavarian Imports is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

PICK UPS

Once repairs or service on your vehicle are complete, simply ask your service advisor to provide you with a secured payment link via text message to complete your payment. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a custom-generated passcode that you can use to retrieve your keys from our safe and secured key lockers located on the side of our garage entrance.
