  • Do you offer loaner cars?
    No, due to the size of our business, loaner cars are not financially practical for us to obtain. We will however (as time allows) have a staff member shuttle you to home or work. We also offer ride share options for our returning customers.
  • Do you offer towing?
    We do not own a towing company however we have built a great relationship with Baza Towing @ 770-361-9222.
  • What are Shop Supplies?
    Shop supplies refer to the consumable materials and supplies used by automotive shops during the course of their work. These supplies include items such as lubricants, cleaners, solvents, adhesives, rags, gloves, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the repair or maintenance process.   • How many years of experience do you have with European vehicles?
    We have been in business since 1980 and our staff possesses a total of over 150 years of european automotive experience.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our doors are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We have after hour pick up and drop off options if you can not make it to us during our business hours. See our After Hours Service page for more info.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 1505 Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, Ga 30318. Our shop is situated in the West-Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta. We are minutes from Georgia Tech, I-75, Ikea, and Atlantic Station. We are positioned to be of benefit to Decatur, College Park, Marietta, Smyrna, Norcross, Lithonia, Sandy Springs, Fairburn, Buckhead, Mableton, and other Atlanta neighborhoods.
  • Do you charge a diagnostics fee?
    Yes, our diagnostics fee is $130. Unlike most shops now-a-days, we still credit the diagnostics fees towards repairs and services that consist of atleast 1 labor hour.
  • How long does the repair process take?
    The repair process depends on the severity of the job at hand as well as the availability of parts. When the stars align we aim at diagnosising and repairing vehicles within 24-48 hours of the customer's appointment time.
  • Do you work with extended warranty companies?
    Yes, please provide your service advisor with your extended warranty information prior to dropping off your vehicle and we will take it from there.
  • Do you use OEM parts on every job?
    Yes, we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for every job unless otherwise requested by the customer. We believe in providing the highest quality parts for our customers to ensure their vehicles run smoothly and safely. However, we also understand that OEM parts may not always be the most cost-effective option for every situation, so we are happy to discuss alternative options with our customers based on their individual needs and budget. However, there are some cases where aftermarket parts are not compatible for the needed repairs and we reserve the right to decline said repairs with the use of aftermarket parts.
  • Can I purchase parts only?
    Unfortunately, we only sell parts with repairs. There are many online stores that you can purchase parts from if you seek to do the repairs yourself.
  • What if OEM parts are no longer available for my vehicle?
    Don't worry, we have many options if OEM parts are no longer available. In some cases, we can source aftermarket parts that will still be suitable for the repair. If aftermarket parts are not available we can attempt to source used or reconditioned parts. A third option is to rebuild and re-use your current parts. It is only in rare cases that we are unable to source a suitable and capatible part for repairs on your vehicle.
  • Do you do do any performance work?
    No, we strictly service and repair vehicles to their stock specifications. There are however several great shops in the area that could help you with your performance upgrade needs.
  • Do you accept customer issued parts?
    No, we have tried to do so many times in the past and it never works out. When customers supply a part for repairs there is always the possibility of fitment issues, compatibility issues, and warranty issues. We use OEM parts which eliminate all the concerns just mentioned and are backed by a 24 month/24,000 mile parts and labor warranty.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods for your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
  • Do you offer financing?
    Yes, we have partnered with SNAP Finance to provide our customers with a 90 Day Same As Cash Financing option on all repairs and services. Ask your service advisor to send you the text message application if you are interested.
  • Can I pick up my vehicle and pay later?
    We wish you could! Unfortunately, vehicles can not be removed from our property until the full balance is paid. We are happy to store your vehicle until you can satisfy the full balance so long as you comply with our Storage Policy (please see Storage Fee under the general F.A.Q for more information).
  • Do you accept personal checks?
    Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and payments thru Snap Finance.
